great concept, shore seems very well patronized....  back of house staff good to deal with but frontline staff in Ponsonby might need to realize that it's a second hand store not Harrods

great range of clothing here! lots of designer stuff at affordable prices. i think all my favourite clothes/outfits are from here. however, i've found the staff can be unfriendly and grumpy as well as an awful music playlist that sounds like it's from an emo teen's playlist.

Was in need of some new town shoes ASAP and got the best help finding some square toes from their retail assistant Paris

Completely Disinterested staff.  jewellery cabinet so greatly scratched up that I couldn’t see anything inside, stating this to the staff behind the counter he looked at me blankly and walked off. I am a fan of tattys but your staff make me believe you have no interest in selling anything.

Great array of designer and good second hand clothes, not cheap but wirth a look..

Such a good experience shopping and selling with tattys! Love how they have such a great range of styles and brands. So great to keep the cycle of clothes going!
