PAK'nSAVE Queenstown

Great stop for souvenirs for home. We bought a lot of manuka honey. They had a sale on chocolate made in NZ which are great souvenirs. The staff was so nice. When checking out they were friendly asking us how our visit was. The store was large, very organized. I did not feel cramped with the space they had. This is a great stop to get snacks for longer trips we had out of Queenstown.

This one was way better than the one I visited in Auckland! Very organized, great produce section and staff. Large parking lot! Excellent if you just got your rental and need supplies! Highly recommended!

Great place for grocery shopping with a wide variety of products at competitive prices. The store is well stocked, and it's easy to find everything you need in one trip. The fresh produce and bakery items were of good quality, and the checkout process was quick. Definitely a great option for value-for-money shopping!

I was disappointed with my experience at Pack'n Save Queenstown today. At the self-checkout area, two staff members were engaged in a loud personal conversation while two customers, including myself, were waiting for assistance. They continued their conversation very vocally in their foreign languageninstead of helping customers, and I eventually had to ask them to come over.nnI don't mind staff chatting occasionally, but customers who need assistance at the self-checkouts should be given priority. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and attentiveness in that area.
