We have been navigating our very special elderly cat and her diagnostics and decision-making about her.  Dr Caitlin White has been amazing with explaining the intricacies of the different potential diagnosis and helping us figure out a plan forward.  I would recommend her to anyone and everyone for looking after your important pet family members.

Well I got to say..I have just had the most caring Vet visit ever to be honest..from the moment I chatted to 2 lovely ladies on the phone to seeing the front staff..seeing Ed the Veterinarian very down to earth fellow very nice demeanor and very kind in his approach..I felt he really genuinely cares.I have come away from the experience 100% knowing I can sleep tonight and not worry about my furbaby.You guys are amazing.Thank you so much..and one last thing your pricing was very fair..I did not feel ripped off at all. Yes I definitely recommend these guys.10/10.

Lovely vets and nurse staff. I had concerns after my dogs vaccination about a possible reaction and they saw her within 30 minutes and gave her a very thorough check up which really put me at ease. A caring team for pets and their owners.nAfter a small dose of anti inflammatory Luna really perked up and was well enough to come out for the day. Great result.

Very warm, friendly and caring. This Veterinary clinic really goes above and beyond; my furry baby unfortunately passed away recently and Ourvets Halswell were very kind and thoughtful during this process, they even sent me a heartwarming card in the mail, very special, thank you team at Ourvets Halswell

Great vets.  Always a caring approach towards the animals with knowledgeable expertise.
