Very grateful to this local team of experts. We’ve been coming here for almost 20 yrs with our various fur babies. Recently our small dog needed major dental surgery and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Peter, Amy, Ashley and the team are all fantastic, so caring & communicative during a stressful time and sent us home with great support. Big thanks.
I'd like to thank the team for looking after my Jaspa all these years. I know he was never an easy patient, but I appreciate all those involved with his care over the last 14yrs. Thank u for making his last moments comfortable
Been a client for many years and always had great contact with all staff, unfortunately had two very unpleasant phone calls with two female receptionists who were rude, condescending and made me feel really dumb for even calling. The calls were that unpleasant in tone that I immediately changed vets. We all work long days, it’s not hard to be polite :
Honestly, worse vet I've ever dealt with vets aren't qualified enough, gave my dog the wrong medication which caused side affects serious enough that almsot costed my dogs life. Very rude lady at reception changed vets immediately. Would refrain from using this centre. Definatly disgusted that's for sure.
The staff were very helpful and considerate as my boy was very ill.
