Lovely vibe in this cafe, run by a friendly young couple. I enjoyed my date scone, and the coffee was excellent! There was a nice option at the till to "pay it forward" with a coffee purchase if you wanted to. I'll definitely be back!
Staff are lovely and my eggs bene was the best I have ever had. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise and plenty flavour in the potato hashes. Great atmosphere

Been here 1 year ago and was looking forward to be back again. Delicious Brazilian food. The Coxinha is next level. So good that I couldn't resist and ordered a second one. Made me feel like was back in Brazil. My son really enjoyed his Pão de Queijo too. Outstanding service and great food!

What a pleasure to see friendly and welcoming staff, all in an atmosphere of Brazilian music that puts you in a good mood. The food and coffee were good. However, the tables were quite dirty and sticky. Apart from that, it was a very good experience.
Had scrambled eggs and bacon on toast. Eggs were perfectly cooked and velvety, toast perfectly done and bacon rashes nice and crispy. Big portion size, couldn't finish it all. Lovely staff and cute setting.Food: 5/5
My friend and I discovered this unique gem of a cafe on our last day in Mt. Maunganui. Which is very unfortunate, since I would have liked to come here everyday, trying out all of their delicious baked goods and Brazilian street food, accompanied by a great coffee. The three women working that day were from Brazil so the food is authentic!, incredibly warm & welcoming & the customer service was above & beyond. And we only bought a few simple things for the road trip we were setting out on. Mt. Maunganui has a very beachy, holiday vibe, and Ours cafe fits right in: bright, airy & inviting. For anyone looking for a wonderful cafe with a slight twist, Ours is the place for you! Check out the photos of their food & drinks on their Facebook page. Whats on my mind, well time for more reviews of the coffee scene, its been a while. First off is "Ours Cafe" at the Mount, Owners from Brazil, decaff Latte is now stronger, creamy and satisfying, staff lovely, relaxing decor, tables cleaned regularily, the food is beautiful, lots of organics, Eggs Bene takes the top city position, Crispy toast, perfect poached eggs and I do mean perfect, crispy lean bacon. Whole experience heavenly. I recommend this establishment to you as your local Google Guide. Try it soon, slightly more expensive but the quality is there. Make Ours...Yours.
