Great staff and great doctors. Feel very comfortable receiving care there. Best on the island.

My daughter and I have recently had medical appointments here during lockdown and the service was professional, empathetic and convenient.

Doctors are great. But one lady at reception dolly needs a new job. She was a rude talking over me when asking questions. Her attitude was your not important and she's over it. Luckily I wasn't sick or an emergency as I was just in for an enquiry. I felt like giving her a piece of my mind. But I'll just review and be calm.

want to say that I had to go to this medical centre with my dad and they absolutely fab! From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor. Thank you for the friendly serivice.

Although friendly, the appointment times are completely disrespected... and when you’re sick, the last thing I want to do is sit in the waiting room. Finally got seen 30 minutes after our appointment time.

Reception not friendly or welcoming to new patients. My child had Bronchitis and the Dr who saw him, sent him away without the necessary treatment, so my child ended up on the brink of Pneumonia. Had to visit another medical centre and see a new Dr, to get the right medicine.

I've been here a few times and always been happy with the service. Waiting times vary and they're sometimes behind schedule, but I've never known a public medical service that was any different.
