Orakei School

My girls have had a great education at this small and beautiful school. Staff and students are welcoming and inclusive. Lots of extracurricular opportunities including Garden to Table, flippaball and mini polo, gymnastics, cheerleading, basketball, kapa haka, coding and more.

This school is nice as it provides stuff for the disability. Sometimes the teachers have favourites or at least it looks like it. You may rarely deal with bullying. Sometimes around the school there is food that the kids are responsible of and there are also lots of opportunities. Sometimes the experience with the staff is a bit off but most of the times it is good. You can build up lots of memories at this school good and bad. There are so many classes that they sort of take up the playing space. Children of specific age have playgrounds for themselves and the teachers always have an eye on you while on duty because that is their responsibility. This school is large and is an amazing place to take your friends.

Just heads up to parents. Kids were excluded from class shared lunch cause they didn’t bring anything. However Most schools shared lunches feed both those who bring and even those kids who don’tunable or in some cases forget to bring food. This is the first school I’ve come across with such rule. “Shared lunch” called shared for a reason ‍

This School was so good, but after seeing the extreme horiness levels I fell in tears on how disappointed I was. Seeing the massive rate of Retards in the school showed how ratchet the school actually is. My son went to Orakei and came with bruises just because he is a Ranga. I highly recommend this school to all as I had a wonderful time laughing at all the munted kids Orakei produces. The school lacks disability parking as the students fight for their disability parking spot, the council need to do something about this as the disability levels keep rising and rising.
