V helpful staff. I do a lot of parcel drop offs and staff are always great. Once they noticed a mistake on a parcel, phoned me, and fixed up my mistake. Amazing service. The shop is very handy for grabbing office stationery and gifts. Great service and shop.
I have always received fabulous service from the mail man, courier drivers and in general - Thank you for all the great work you do to ensure our parcels are here on time.
Lately packages have been put in our not weatherproof letterbox out on roadway instead of left at front door, one was not weatherproof and damaged, not happy about situation
This India one is very rude. Tried to overcharge me extra $2. It was not a big deal for $2. But your attitude is detestable. You are standing your own culture. You need to figure it out how to treat customer in a proper way. Gross experience.
