Have not liked dealing with Aramex every parcel I have received from them is always ripped open and now today I get a notification they cannot deliver to my address. So I call the branch to see what’s going on and she as in the customer service lady on the phone says they cannot find my address but they have delivered multiple times prior to today . She than goes on to ask me all these irrelevant questions like what’s your apartment number am I in a unit after giving her my tracking number full name and address didn’t get anything sorted out than proceeds to say I will sort it out for re delivery I said no thanks I’ll just come pick it up than she said okay wait on an email or text message keep your phone close and hangs up like what the hell mate
Totally frustrated and annoyed at the lack of communication with this company who employ people who struggle with the English language. Parcel not delivered but in transit from Auckland to Hamilton on 5/2/25! Have sent numerous inquiries and spoken to several.people re this problem and noone gets back to me. My belief is that has been lost or stolen. Asking for reimbursement......yeah? No response.nWord travels fast, and believe me, I will be spreading that customer service is abismal
Great courier service. The best in NZ you can rely on them to get your parcels safely. Never have any trouble with them unlike NZ post who are shocking. Customer service is amazing!
Quite possibly the WORST courier service I have ever received! I deal with couriers daily for work and this was ridiculous.nNeeded a parcel delivered for an event. The parcel was lost and missed the event. We phoned and dealt with a customer service rep who had no idea what we were talking about, said she had other calls to deal with and hung up. We phoned back and asked to get the parcel redirected to Auckland and was told they will sort this.nMy client then never received the parcel but it was showing as delivered A WEEK LATER. It was delivered to the original event venue and not the redirected address.nThey then went to uplift the parcel and couldn’t find it at the venue. The driver then rang me and told me to sort it out myself. Which I did and then used NZ Couriers to redirect it because I simply could not be bothered dealing with Aramex anymore.
I genuinely think the worst email someone could get is a tracking link from a retailer, only to click on it and realise you're about to deal with Aramex. I have never had a good experience. Right now I am waiting on a package I ordered well over a week ago. Now sure, New years day and public holdays affected that, which is fine, except my parcel arrive in the local depot 2 days ago, and is just sitting there. God knows when Aramex will actually bother to deliver the bloody thing.
