Aramex was fine for several years but has recently gone straight downhill.nnCannot be bothered picking up packages booked via trademe and recently lost a package for 2 weeks with no indication what was going on.nnThey have become unreliable to the point I'm considering NZ Post.nnWith them at least you can talk to someone local and find out what is going on, even if it does take a week of calling and 2 trips to the depot - at present its still better than Aramex.
Kia ora....nWe have had the pleasure of Keith Samra dropping parcels to our address a few times now.nHe has been amazing everytime.nExceptional customer service! nNot once has he delivered our parcel to a random address.Something we have experience in the past with other courier driversnHe also is one of the very few delivery drives who has driven down our driveway respectfully.nWe truly appreciate the fact that he has never planted his foot while entering or exiting our driveway, as we have children and animals who also walk down the driveway.nNgā mihi Keith! Unfortunately this team are hopeless had slightly better luck with the Auckland team. They have no customer service skills. They are not honest and don't care about the swapped parcels they mixed up. Now one of the parcels has gone missing. Trade Me needs to drop these clowns like a hot rock. I don't like giving bad reviews but frankly this team deserves it.
Very disappointed with Aramex. My parcel was not delivered, and no one even knocked at the door — I was home the whole time. When I called to arrange redelivery, they added another three days to the wait. Customer service over the phone was unhelpful and unfriendly.nnIn contrast, New Zealand Post is much more reliable and user-friendly. If any issue ever comes up with them, it’s minor and easily sorted. Aramex really needs to improve its delivery standards and customer service to be on par.
