Wow I can't believe how rude the customer service is. Rung bell 5 times, waited for 20minutes, thankfully Chanel came to serve us, even though she was busy with other jobs, she was so nice, can't say the same about the old lanky man that completely ignored me. Shocking. He needs to go. Chanel needs a pay rise.

Several negative experiences. Once a courier left a “missed delivery” card without even attempting delivery I was home and literally saw him do it. Had to arrange redelivery. Another time a parcel was marked “delivered” but I received nothing. Support claimed it was left in my mailbox, yet it was empty; the only “proof” was a photo of mailboxes with no parcel. Very poor service.
Tried to get an authority to leave for four months. Checked my email and I applied three separate times to get the authority to leave? What’s the story? The application states where the barcode is to be left, installed by the company and even this barcode was sent back to the pickup point and a card left???? Are there kickbacks for returning parcels to base or something? Dreadful.
Te kuiti NZ couriers rubbish I'm trying to run a business pay for overnight get first drop off 10am to 11am every day use to be 7am so i could get the vehicle fixed going for customer not now sit around waiting for delivery upset customers as I've taken to long NO NZ COUIERS AGAIN. Get people that want to to the job. I will be sending invoice to NZ Couriers for lost of earnings this is a joke get moving. Shame you don't have negative ratings as i would rate your service negative one million.
