NZ Indian Flame

A taste of india, probably. As you all know by now, i have a wide variety of food that my palate loves! Having some great indian friends around me hello Indu and Dhiji!, i missed their food so I tried this restaurant along great south road. It wasn't busy at first, wait was about 15minutes coz they have to cook/prep my order. Asked what's their best seller here --- yup, you guessed it right -- buttered chicken. It is in fact, a must try!!! Tried their lamb vindaloo, i personally would want it more tender. Also, pls try their pani puri!!! I am just so addicted with these! Bit pricey, hope they can make unli ones! Over all, a serving is a SINGLE serving. Place needs some upgrade, i mean, there's always a room and space for more improvement! 4 stars for now!

I can understand things are getting expensive these days but this is not fare you can cut down quality and quantity of the food. I already made complaint about this but no result . Apparently its look like smosa dahi chat not smosa chat???? My recommendation to you take another dollar but please make it proper smosa chat.

We took our food to te aroha and my family really enjoyed it. In terms of taste 10/10 thank you very much

Bought $80 worth of Jalebi for a function and practically got my nose rubbed in dirt with all the disappointment and disapproval...! "Where did all the Jalebi's end up then, you wonder..." well see for yourself...!!

Very slow customer service. Asked to wait for my order 10/15 mins ended up waiting half an hour and the taste was awful!! Ordered paneer pakodas… tasted like they poured the whole packet of salt upon it.. way too salty!!

Food wasn't good at all. We ordered 2 x chole bhature. The owner lady acted was very arrogant and like she was doing all the customers favours by serving them. The chole curry was good. The bhature were like crispy fried biscuits. We humbly paid and i kindly advised the lady about the bhature. She had no remorse and said maybe the kneaded flour was not fresh. Food here used to be very good. We used to frequent this place and recommend highky to our friends. No more.

Very bad customer service and first learn customer service, than serve food to customers I am making sure none of my relatives and friends ever order food from such rude people

I walked in earlier for the lunch time special. The lady at the counter took my order and l came back later, picked up my 5 curries, rice and naan. Good service and no problem. This is the 6th time I have been back great curries thanks
