Everyone is approached as an individual at Solely Nutrition. We will discuss a plan and direction that will suit you best. Taking into consideration your daily requirements and time limitations. Each person has different needs, and Becky will strive to meet those needs as directly as possible.
It is understood that not everyone may see the changes they are after depending on what your individual goal is. So Becky aim’s to keep the lines of communication open so that you can freely discuss and work out an option that benefits you, whether that be a referral to another health practitioner or a change in your plan.
Ideally Becky would like people to come forward with a positive attitude towards change and an open mind to a new way of living. It is her goal to help you develop permanent lifestyle changes that will provide you with the tools to lead a healthy and happy life. This process is all about the willingness to change and develop a healthier you, after all the greatest wealth in life is health!
Graduating from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in 2014, after completing the Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Majoring in Exercise Science in 2010. Becky has worked in the Health and Fitness industry as a trainer and a nutritionist for the last 7 years. She is also a member of the Clinical Nutrition Association which recognises her qualifications and ability to practice as a clinical nutritionist. Being a work-from-home mum Becky understands the daily demands of juggling work, home, and additional life demands in our forever changing, and fast-moving lifestyles. Also as an athlete she has personal experience with the daily requirements and pressures of training and performance, and how this works into everyday life. Although there are certain areas of Nutrition that interest Becky, she finds teaching individuals the basics to healthy eating, and helping people adjust and change their relationship with food is key to moving forward.
