At KOG Nutrition our aim is to assist you in meeting your dietary goals whether it be weight management, lifestyle changes or enhancing sports performance, we can help you.
We take the guess work out of achieving your goals by carrying out a full analysis of your food intake to identify problem areas. We also create meal plans that cater to your specific needs and dietary requirements.

At KOG Nutrition we are Registered Nutritionists (NSNZ) and University graduates (BSc, PgDip) majoring in Human Nutrition. We also have a background in commercial cookery, so we are able to assist you with the sourcing, preparation and cooking methods to compliment your lifestyle changes.
