Katherine was very thorough during our appointments, always following up with a debrief afterwards outlining the next steps to take. She goes to great measures to create personalised plans, taking into account the individual's needs to ensure they are being met. With an extensive background in women's health and an abundance of knowledge in hormonal health, I found it very useful that she was able to provide me with the tools so that I could track my own progress and have her feedback when it came to checking in. I have been seeing Katherine over the past 2+ years and have only good things to say. I've seen Katherine for advice on fasting, pre-conception, menstruation, fatigue and trouble sleeping. She's so knowledgeable and base her guidance on peer-reviewed research, which makes me feel confident I'm getting sound advice - and it works! She is also really good at addressing the complexity of issues like how they are connected. I now usually go see Katherine before my GP, because I know she can usually help with the issue or advice me on how I can get most out of my visit with the GP.
