30 Plus NuWoman is a natural herbal-based supplement developed (by a clinical naturopath) to help restore normal hormonal balance.
A large percentage of women experience hormonal fluctuations that can dramatically affect their everyday lives and relationships with friends and family.

Long term use of the oral contraceptive pill has been identified as one of the leading causes of hormonal imbalance. Synthetic or artificial oestrogen when combined with the body's natural oestrogen production can lead to an imbalance between oestrogen and progesterone.

Sources of synthetic oestrogen include: the oral contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy, environmental sources and dietary sources.

The 30 PLUS formula combines the internationally studied and proven effectiveness of Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Cohosh) combined with l-tyrosine, chromium picolinate and B-complex vitamins to support the body's own hormonal balance.

It is safe to take 30 PLUS while trying to get pregnant. However as a good health practice we do not recommend taking 30 PLUS while pregnant or breast feeding as it effects in this capacity have not been studied.

30 PLUS is suitable for all women. The age range of women taking 30 PLUS that we know of, is from 14 to 69. It comes in two sizes either 60 or 120 tablets. The dosage is two tablets a day. We suggest that 30 PLUS should be taken for at least 6-8 weeks before assessing its effectiveness. As everyone is different the time may vary, you may benefit in 2-3 weeks but we still suggest staying on 30 PLUS for the 6-8 weeks to allow for full effectiveness. Or it could take longer.
