Our classes deliver Tai Chi, but as we also include other gentle exercise and Mindfulness too, they are NOT Strictly tai Chi
NOT Strictly tai Chi classes are a therapeutic blend of Tai Chi, Mindfulness & gentle exercise. All our classes are done in a fun, safe environment, and are modified to your needs to help you with balance, coordination, breathing, posture & pain control.
• Classes are open to young and old, beginners and experienced.
• Booking is not essential.
• No membership fees, no sign-up.
• Either casual (pay on attendance) or bank transfer (fortnightly or monthly).
• Please wear flat-soled shoes.
