I wouldn’t recommend. We did a Basic course with our dog here when she was a puppy. Then signed up for an annual membership, never got a confirmation upon payment. Tried enrolling her in a few of the classes but never succeeded at it. No communication at all whatsoever. I had written a review here and was told to contact them to arrange enrolment so I deleted my review in the hope we’d finally get what we paid for- once again in another class- and so we did but no response whatsoever. It’s been more than a year now since unsuccessfully trying to deal with them- no response, no acknowledgement, no communication, nada. We’ve definitely wasted our money here. Have emailed them requesting a refund- once again no response. Their lack of communication and poor business practice are just unprofessional. I get it, they’re ran by volunteers but we’ve paid a fee and received no service at all for the fee we’ve paid. Will be taking my money somewhere else in Wellington Region where hopefully people won’t just take my money and refuse to provide a service I’ve paid for or at least communicate about what’s happened. Avoid.
Bad communication. I paid 1 year membership for 2 people and one dog. After I enrolled my first term online, I haven’t heard from them. I emailed this place and they said it has already started and I should have pay attention to their facebook page. Thus I missed my first term. Second term, I couldn’t fund start day from their websites or facebook so had to email them again. Third term, the instructor said that I don’t need to enroll if I have membership so third term I joined without enrolment. Forth term, I couldn’t find start date so emailed the dog club again and the reply was to enrol the class as it starts in 3 days. Enrolment wasn’t available in their website. Enquired again if I can turn up like last term as I have membership. Then no replies. Very frustrating system. I would not recommend this place
