Quite a disappointing experience coming here. My son chipped his tooth and instead of proper care, they said “we just saw you?”. I explained why we were there and they looked at his tooth quickly no mirror or anything and told me I needed to go to a private dentist. I asked where I could go and they gave me one place…however when I called the recommended place…they said don’t take kids under 13. I had taken time off work after healthline told me this place could definitely help and give me peace of mind….instead I had to call 8 different dentists until I finally found a place that could help, leaving me extremely anxious and loss of income taking time off work unpaid for nothing. I felt like an extreme inconvenience and I’m very unsure if I want to bring my son back!
Amazing! The staff were incredibly patient, calm and gentle with my daughter who is very afraid of any procedure. They took the time and carefully explained what all the instruments and materials were. I was sooo impressed! My daughter was very grateful for their thoughtful approach. This may just be the turn around we needed. Thank you!!
Very happy with a consultation! The dentist was lovely first building the relationship with my toddler and then doing his job through the play. Dream dentist I would say
