The staff here are amazing and friendly. I had to bring my 2yr old twins for a check up twice now and they help me out so much while I'm here. The boys love it too. Good with kids and couldn't ask for better service.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Yasmin Bayan. It was the first time I have ever felt relaxed during a dental procedure and had no pain. Plus the reception staff and assistants are so friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Bayside dental, undoubtedly the best dental practice in Auckland !!! Believe me, you will be impressed. Thank you once again Dr Yasmin for the wonderful experience.
The team are friendly and the communication is great. I went in for some regular cleaning and maintenance with Hayley and she is great, letting me know what she is doing at each step and letting me know where I'm going wring in my own routine. A special mention to Toni at reception as well. She is always friendly and an absolute professional.
Hayley Gillespie is such a lovely hygienist to go to. For people that may be nervous about visiting the dentist clinic, Hayley makes you feel relaxed and has a really friendly manner. Hayley is a real perfectionist and I always leave with amazing feeling teeth and Hayley isn't happy till she makes your teeth shiny, fresh and sparkling clean. My children also see Hayley and enjoy their visits also. Definitely recommended!
I am very happy with my experiences at Bayside Dental Centre. Dr Yasmin Bayan is professional and explains things very clearly. Hayley Gillespie has helped me a lot with my dental hygiene and never makes me feel bad when I don't follow instructions. Toni the receptionist always greets me with a smile and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have already recommended people to Bayside Dental Centre and will continue to do this.
