The team are super friendly, kind and helpful .... I have been to quite a few dentists in the past, but have now been going to Bayside Dental for a good few years - and think they are the best! Hayley the hygienist is particularly good, her practical advice and care helps me feel more confident about the health of my teeth and gums. I highly recommend!
All my our experiences with Bayside dental over 20+ years have been the best of my lifetime I am almost 70 - the quality of service, always good, improved more so after Zena took over the practice and I also started getting Hayley doing her high-std hygenist work never realised previously the benefit of dental hygenists . Bayside Dental continually improve along with technology developments, I recently had a crown made and fitted within an hour or so after getting the recomendation. Its not only the direct dental work professionals that are good, the receptionist/appointment secretary is on to it and ensures I don't miss appointments or anything etc.
Everytime I go to Bayside Dental I receive excellent service and help. Tony is always greeting you with a smile and a warm hello and Dr Zena and her team are so professional and amazing with their skills. Highly recommend Bayside Dental.
All the staff at Bayside Dental are wonderful, professional friendly team. I have been with this practice for over 10 years, after a recent accident they were very caring and got me an appointment immediately. Zena talked me though the treatment that was required, and helped me understand procedure. Hayley the hygienist, is amazing with the latest cleaning machine, which uses warm water - so it feels very comfortable during the cleaning process. Toni the receptionist is always very helpful and diligent, Thanks Bayside a very happy repeat customer!
I'm always confident that with each visit I will be getting quality treatment and care. From friendly Toni at reception to Dr Zena and hygienist Hailey, visiting the dentist has been a breeze over the past few years since moving to this practice. Highly recommended!
