Extremely poor customer service. Tells you 1 thing before buying another thing after you paid. Avoid this store. Better off at Tower Junction with better prices and service
Great shop with plenty of gear, not to mention it being one of the biggest outdoor shops in North Cantebury.
If you want to feel extremely humiliated as if you know nothing about hunting or fishing you can rely on customer service of this branch. We asked one tall man over 50 with a big belly for assistance in choosing a rod and a lure, but instead of that he performed a show with casting and catching fish as if we were complete idiots. . If you ever go this shop, please look for younger people to assist you.
