Middle aged woman with blue in her hair was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never in my life have I been treated like this in a store. I ended up buying one vape pod as mine was almost completely dead but I was going to buy 3. I will never be back. This woman should be fired.
My partner bought some vape juice from here it was discoloured and tasted off. She took it straight back and the guy was unhelpful and rude. He refused to swap it for another bottle that wasn’t off. Exceptionally poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
Great shop & variety. Katrina is super lovely and so helpful, definitely a returning customer! A++++
