want to thank the receptionist Anna, as she resolved the two issues I had:nn1- a missing toweln2- a room changennShe handled both situations with great speed and intelligence.nnAs for the place: While it’s a very busy spot, I believe the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved, the couches need repair, and better thought should have been given to the room ventilation. Tip: book a room with a balcony or good airflow.nnHowever, what really elevates the rating of this hostel is the staff. They welcome you with warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to help.

Really good, central location and big, clean rooms. Really enjoyed my stay at Nomads. When I arrived, there was a minor issue with my room as the beds were unavailable but Anna on reception was very helpful and friendly. She sorted this out swiftly for me even managing to upgrade my room for me which I very much appreciated. Thank you Anna!!

The staff is very friendly and will help you find your way in Q-town. The travel-desk downstairs can tell you all about the adventures you dare to take.
