Nomads Queenstown Hostel

Had the best experience here! All the facilities are clean and well kept. Great common areas which make for a good social life. Sebastien went above and beyond during our stay, super friendly with great recommendations for the area and accommodating our every need behind the front desk. Really made our time here what it was! One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at! The facilities are great, and the social vibe is amazing, there’s always something happening, and it’s super easy to meet people. They also offer tours at really good prices, which is a huge plus.nnI also want to give a big shoutout to Sebastian at reception. I had an issue with another guest, and he handled it quickly and professionally, making sure everything was resolved without any drama. His friendly and helpful attitude made a big difference.nnOverall, a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a fun and social atmosphere!

My partner and I stayed at nomads for just over a week and we had a lovely stay. The staff were incredible and the vibe and overall energy there was unmatched. They had heaps of offers and discounts that you could get for other places and activities just by staying there. The only thing I can fault is that we stayed in a room that had no windows, and our beds were quite uncomfortable. Our room was quite depressing and it was hard to get up in the morning as the lack of light affected us. The beds were uncomfortable, however they were manageable. We did get a look into some of the other rooms while the cleaners were in and the rooms with the balconies were super nice, so I’d recommend asking for a room with natural light. Besides those two things, our stay was great at Nomads hostel.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Rachel and Sebastian, and our experience was excellent. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything they could to ensure we felt comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience even more special. We highly recommend them for any occasion. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!

First, Seb was courteous and outgoing with the check-in and questions regarding public transportation options for the airport. Nice knowing the staff are polite and helpful. Location is convenient and the price is right. Amenities were good and taken care of. I would recommend.
