Love your shakes when you don't have to wait for flaming Uber eats orders. I would think a customer who actually comes into your shop would take preference over Uber eats. Twice now I've left empty handed and annoyed when told it would take 15mins especially when the shake machine was not busy and you were happy to sell pre made items to me instantly!!
Disgusting customer service from the woman I spoke to on the phone at 8:50pm 03/04.nShe ended up hanging up on me, was dismissive and ignored my issue with my order, said she’s too busy to deal with me, don’t work in a customer focused job if you can’t provide atleast half quality services

Had a pickup for UberEats for the customer but the staff is so unprofessional and pathetic asked me to pack a list of items for them. He was arguing with his co-worker at the same time with earpods in his ears talking with someone on the call. And instead of doing his work he started misbehaving and smiling as if he did something great.nI have never seen such nuisance. Worst experience. Unethical.nnThe guys are really worst at the job. I got the UberEats order with 4 thick shakes in one order and 2 thick shakes in second I asked the guy nicely to put the thick shakes in the bag so that the order doesn’t get damaged while taking for delivery. But he started arguing as they don’t pack the shakes in a bag. We get deliveries from McDonalds, Burger King and many other stores. Most of them if there is more than 1 drink they normally pack it in bag but the staff started arguing that they wouldn’t do. He said do whatever you want to do. They don’t have any knowledge about customer service. We delivery drivers are in the store on behalf of the customer. They come from India and work in customer service jobs and always leave worst impression about Indians. They are the ones who should learn how to work in customer service industry. There are many people who want to work but don’t have jobs who are better at customer service than that guy.
What in the potential food tempering is this? I just did an Uber eats order. Get the order inside to find that one of the bags of lollies has been opened, tampered with and then resealed with cellotape.nnI tried calling them to sort this out. Not only did they not answer the phone, they hung the phone up. I'm Gen X, I know that distinctive pickup and then clicknnI'm treating this as a possible food tampering situation as it's too dodgy to not be.nnThe Sour Patch Kids will be going to the food safety authority in the morning and I'll be in for my refund.
