Don’t order late night UberEats from here. They will keep you waiting for the simplest of items, as it’s clear the night shift worker has other places to be. And Night N Day, don’t respond with your templated comment. A back and forth dialogue isn’t needed with these negative reviews. Clearly there’s a trend, so fix your management, rather than asking people for a dialogue over your crappy service.
Really liked this place honestly, however have had a few bad experiences, mainly with the ginger guy named Finn who works here. Whenever I order large chips he half fills it, which isn't a big thing but just a little nitpick as all the other workers put a lot more in, and when I order some items he makes them wrong for example I ended up with whipped cream instead of mousse on a milkshake I ordered. This was annoying but not a deal-breaker, however the other day I came in with my friend and he messed up her order. When she tried to tell him this instead of just changing her order he argued with her and raised his voice and told her she was wrong. Too scared to go back now because I'm worried about running into that guy again. Other employees were lovely. Missing the chips I know you're probably tired but please lock in with your customer service bro.
We popped into this shop a few times a week. Always have very good service.nThe deluxe Milk Shakes are great. We can highly recommend.
Great service very busy :-nPlenty of different foods to chose from such as hot food or just a snack the store is well maintained even though it is only a small store.
chud store took yoinks and yionks to make my milkshake and iceceram but then they had no ceramcream for my icecream very sad not cool.
