The customer service is top-notch here—everyone is super friendly and ready to help. The place is always well-stocked and easy to navigate, so you can grab what you need without a hassle. Definitely my go-to spot!
So, I have gone in here a few times, paid by eftpos, no worries but the two times I have paid with cash, the items were $8.90 as an example and I have been charged $9nThis last time, he even said $8.90, then when I pulled out cash, said, oh, nine dollars. This is theft. It's not much but it is still illegal.
Great service, friendly staff
I’ve been here a few times as I wanted to support local businesses but the prices are absolutely ridiculous and the staff have zero customer service skills. It’s polite to at least say hello to someone when they make a purchase. I’ve given up on it completely now. Faringdon Convenience is sooo much better, the staff are lovely and prices are far more reasonable.
Arrived 20mins before stated closing time and it was all shut up for the day, disappointing. Very handy location but pay a premium for the items.
