Locally owned and operated gym in the heart of Napier. We provide high quality strength and cardio equipment as well as a full Les Mills timetable.
We are a independently owned and operated gym right here in the heart of Napier CBD. We have a friendly and experienced team who are here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We have two floors, downstairs is our free weights, weight machines and cardio area. Upstairs are where our classes are held. We have a separate room for RPM and another room where our Les Mills classes are held, Box Fit, Body Pump,Body Balance and many more. We also have a creche upstairs for our mums to put their children in there whilst partaking in our classes.
When you join our gym, you will also gain access to over 100 gyms nationwide, so when you are traveling for work you still get to workout!
We provide you with on going assessments and there is always someone on the floor for you to ask any questions you may have about your training session.
Personal trainers are available at an extra cost - but it's worth it if you really want to get the best from your workout.
