Tidy store, great range of products and very friendly staff. Love the freshly baked bread! The pick up area for online orders is big enough for two cars at the same time. The parking lot can be a bit busy at peak hours but there are plenty of parking spaces available.
Terrible service, rude customer service at checkout. And rude service at the bakery food is stale. tried paying cash and 8 different check outs couldn’t get change for a $50 note! Get your floats sorted New World you have 8 or more checkouts
Very well set out supermarket. Produce area well stocked deli was superb all meats and salads looked fresh and well presented very difficult to chose what to purchase everything was so well presented staff were very helpful. Checkout was a breeze bags packed quickly and efficiently. Good allround service throughout the store.
Well stocked supermarket. Amazing Deli choices. Special thanks to Jemma at Customer Service counter, helped me sort what I needed, with a friendly pleasant attitude.
Great priced plants for sale as you enter. Nice, entry with cafe and bouquets of flowers. Great salad choice from the deli. Like the quiches from the bakery area.
My experience today, I’m not against with the store, the item or products are good except the staff name Ashleigh in the self-service counter. Very rude and unwelcoming. Don’t make a mistake on the counter otherwise her approach will traumatize you, she is not even smiling, and the tone will make you feel bad for yourself. Beware of her just saying!
Good supermarket when your in town and need xtra stuff.
Such a nice chill shopping experience and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The store wasn't crazy busy either which meant we could take our time. Really enjoyed it
Stopped to charge the car. Able to relax in the nice cafe and get some snacks for the Deli all staff and interactions great
They need a better range of single bottle juices. Also don't get the lettuce at the front, it will have been chewed on by birds all day. Still a decent supermarket with fast tills.
