Good location good staff deli could be a bit better not quality wise just a bigger selection would be great. Perhaps their hands are tied by corporate. Ill Always reccomend it.

I was shoped there for few years but in this moment some staff manners need adjustments. A good range of products, acceptable prices, clean.
This supermarket it the best Countdown that I've been to and one of the best supermarkets that I've been to in NZ. I prioritise customer service in my expectations and they deliver well, always friendly and helpful in my experience. I'm also really pleased to see a growing selection of plant-based foods
1st time visit as I don't live in this area and was shopping for my Dad who lives at Jean Sandel Retirement Village. Store very clean and easy to access product. Helpful staff but hard to find.
Was great. Courtney even packed my bags for me, some of the other cashier's don't, which is disappointing. Good work Courtney.
Went in quickly to find something for a shared lunch. Found garlic bread well displayed, option of two sizes. Great. Excellent selection. Friendly staff. Saved me heaps of time.
Nice clean and tidy store, easy to find what you need.
