Cool little outlet store. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've bought quite a few gym and running gear from this particular store and I can't fault their customer service or products.

Excellent resourcefulness by the team in sourcing a hard to come by Minimus Prevail. The shipping was extremely fast 2 days to Invercargill and the communication was first rate. Item exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Never received the item I ordered from them Online. They used PBT, PBT is known as the worse delivery service. PBT said to ask New Balance for replacement, emailed Erin Walsh , the key accounts from New Balance, no reply. WHERE IS MY ITEM OR REFUND MY MONEY.  IT HAS BEEN A MONTH.
