It's good for the shopping experience, I bought one down coat, the price was good, customer service also helpful.
I visited this store numerous times, during the week and the weekend, to get a specific pair of Keen shoes. I was never served by anyone. I gave up and went next store to MacPac and bought an alternative Keen shoe for $8 more. The store does not understand the concept of customer service.
