Great customer service. I was looking for grip socks for pilates, they didn't have any, but this was the only sports shop where they paid attention to us to customer. It's being Friday, almost 5 pm, I had frustrating experiences until Adidas.

Terrible customer service. I asked for particular size shoe anywhere and he said there is definitely one in new Lynn. I wanted to make sure but he said he definitely was. I drove all the way out to new Lynn and there wasn’t one. Waste of time. Also very rude. Is this the kind of business that you run with these kind of people? Pathetic

Salesman was a cool dude. Not a pushy type of salesman. He knew I was planning to buy online yet he still helped me

Awesome friendly staff that went above and beyond for my son when we came in to see The All Blacks for the recent jersey launch. We were unfortunately late love Auckland trafficwe got there just as they were packing up my son was guttered he couldn't get his number printed BUT they unpacked the printing machine and gave my boy his chosen number 8 on the back of his jersey. May seem like nothing to some people but it meant so much to my son and I as we are going through some personal things atm that is wearing heavy on his sweet little heart and that made his day he felt like a VIP. He's still buzzing !! Thanks so much to the New Market team you guys and the AB's made it a morning my son and I will never forget

I do like Adidas but struggling to get a simple answer re a product via a call centre in the Philippines?! or through a store. Knowledgeable customer service sadly lacking,

If you like Adidas then this is the place to be I enjoyed there selection at the time I went in. Really good quality and long lasting material. Male staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable which helped me decide on different styles and sizes suitable for my children who weren't there. I like they have a children's section It is accessible lots of space too freely move around in.
