Think twice before using these guys. The storage is in poor condition. I had a lot of moisture problems even with using those damp aid things. If you’re using it for a short time maybe not so bad but they increase the price over time. $320 is what they wanted to charge when I finally said enough is enough. Especially when they still advertise $190!
Containers often leak, and are very damp, doors are really rusty. Don’t believe their advertised rates unless you’re only a short term customer. Current rate for a new container is $190 that’s the rate I started on, but I’m now paying $310 two years later because of regular large unjustified price increases. When confronted their only reply was that I’m welcome to book a new unit and move my stuff from one to the other, and to claim they are forced to increase prices due to costs, and yet they’re still advertising the lower rate. Dishonest and manipulative pricing. Have canceled my unit and will take my business elsewhere.
We have stored household contents at National Storage Belfast Kāinga many times and I have to say that this time around the service was flawless, the place is being upgraded with a revamp, storage units that have new doors and are cleaner and tidier. Great service at the desk during office hours, was so easy with account setup and closure. Many thanks for the great work you do :
