I cannot recommend a better storage facility. Alternative Storage is family owned and operated and it truly shows how much they care about their customers. Julia was extremely helpful and had great communication from start to finish. She had even offered me a ride back to my accommodation after dropping off my vehicle and gave me the option to pay cash at the end of my storage term to avoid overseas credit card fees. They have great prices and a storage option to suit everyone's needs and even a wash-down station to clean your items after storage. Thank you Julia and family for everything!
Used their facilities for 4 months; both car storage and one of their smaller units for contents. Great pricing, easy access, good facilities. Will be my go to if I require future storage, and would definitely recommend.
I am. Furniture removal and have a truck parked on the yard and the staff. Richard Nicky and Julia are always friendly and welcoming always make conversations and seing how I am aswel as my staff I couldn't recommend a better service and I highly recommend this. Storage. So glad I have made the choice to use Alternative Storage. They have all kind of storage options and I chose to use the open yard for my car which exceeded my expectation. It is well fenced, reasonably priced and clean and I feel comfortable leaving my car there for months. Everyone in the team are amazing and helpful from the start until the end. Can't recommend this place enough!!!
