I relocated out of NZ in 2018 and rented a unit from Empire until the end of 2024 for all my tools and household stuff. The process was easy, affordable and manageable from another country. The units are very secure and dry - after almost 6 years away the worst part was the dust build up. Should I need storage options in the future, Steve will be the first person I talk to.

We have found Steve at Empire Storage to be super helpful, when we were given notice to move we found Empire Storage in Kainga and rented a single garage size to start storing our packed gear, it was a lined, alarmed secure garage and we had a key and were able to start storing our stuff. When it came time to actually move we hadn't found a house so moved in with family for a month so we had to rent another storage facility for our furniture thankfully Steve had a large secure lined double garage in Belfast that was perfect for our needs. Steve was great to deal with and helped us with sorting out all the details of paying bond and reimbursing bond and everything else we needed. Hopefully we won't have to move again too soon but wouldn't hesitate to use Empire Storage and to recommend him to others. :D
Lovely people, professional and easy to communicate with. Secure facility, never any issues. Would definintely use again. Highly recommended.
