What a wonderful way to share a Sunday lunch Stunning scenery in a beautiful setting. The decor is clean, minimalist and doesn’t try and compete with the surrounds The bathroom was lovely and the sign made me laugh use the bathroom it will then make sense Our host was welcoming. Everything from booking our table online to asking for a coffee at the end was easy We opted for a tasting with a platter. Nothing was rushed. The food- wow. What a great way to sample local produce And the wine. That was wonderful. The Pinot Gris was my favourite. We were recommending the Cellar door experience to people all over the world before we had even left!

Guys - as a hospitality business it’s not hard to update Google MyBusiness with your open hours over Xmas/New Year. You will have received multiple email reminders to update them. Drove more than an hour to say hi to Mary and Zenek based on that info…

Had a wonderful stop at this winery today. Got to try their pinot noir which both years were excellent. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a perfect place to sit and drink a glass. Tasting is $15 or $3 per wine.

Had a reservation at Nanny Goat which was confirmed by email, booked a 30min taxi van ride out there and when we arrived they had decided to shut for the day. Didn’t even bother to send us a text or email. Pretty disappointing.

very relaxing, staff is attentive and professional, positive vibes, beautiful environment. No booking required like in many other wineries in NZ just come in during opening hours

Was lovely sitting at the fireplace wine tasting couldn’t have been cosier! Paddy and Pia were wonderful hosts and so knowledgeable about the wines! Top notch!

Beautiful serene setting for this promising winery. Sampled some wines and had the excellent cheese platter along with a couple of glasses of their Pinot. Had great conversations with the proprietors. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Our group shared a delightful luncheon today at this lovely intimate winery. Fantastic attention. Fab views and delicious wine. Even our non wine drinker enjoyed the Pinot Gris
