I was so impressed with the expertise of the people here. I had my watch serviced last week. This is the place to send your precious watch or watches for battery replacement, servicing and repair. Depending on the kind of watch you own - not all watches needs servicing but if it does, it has to be done. They did an amazing job and it feels like they have given me a brand new watch. I didn't expect that! I used to live in the Middle East and had owned this watch for over 15 years. I always send it for servicing there every time it needed a new battery but they haven't done it as perfectly as these guys at Nairns have. The price is similar but the work here is flawless. I have given up on the date that doesn't seem to work but now it does. My watch is old and had scratches all over it. I received my watch without any of those scratches visible anymore. Are you guys sure this is the same watch? WOW!!! I will be sending my watch for servicing here from now on. Thank you so much!
Had heard a lot of good things and told to go here as the only licensed repair service in the country. Pretty pour attitude and service. I came with two watches and was given a $130 quote for a battery replacement and told to return in a few weeks because they had ‘hundreds of watches to do’. Second watch for link removal I was told to go to their senior service people at another branch but to ‘not bother today’ as they’ll be closing now - was 4:30pm. Pretty disappointing.
I sent my watch from Wellington to be repaired. It was still under warranty and took a while to get parts sourced from Switzerland. The job did take a little bit longer due to lock down as well, however, the watch has come back looking great and working better than ever. I was happy with the communication and keeping me updated as well as the courier service that was speedy both ways. All round good service and happy with the workmanship.
The team at Nairns are the only people I would trust with my Tissot watch. ## BE AWARE OF MALL OPERATORS I made the mistake of using a agent at one of the malls to replace the battery in my Tissot watch. After a week or so I noticed my watch was not keeping time so I took it back and they told me my watch was faulty. I then took my watch into the team at Nairns for a second opinion. I could tell straight away that I had gone to the right place as the team are specialists in watches not fixing shoes on the side. The team looked at my watch and found that the Mall people didn't reassemble my watch properly, they put greasy fingerprints all over the battery and slightly bent the bar which meant my watch wasn't keeping time. I was horrified that someone had treated my property like this especially given the watch was valued at $1000. The team at Nairns fixed my watch and had it back to me quick smart. It's obvious to me they take pride, they have the experience and the tools needed to look after your valued watch. I was worried by using a specialist that it was going to cost lots. This wasn't the case. The team offer a free assessment and you don't actually pay any more than using the inferior service offered at the malls. The mall experience was a terrible one for me and one I will not repeat. I would thoroughly recommend Nairns and personally will not use anyone else to look at my watch.

Got 3 quotes for an Omega 3222.80 bezel replacement pretty rare sub model for this series, 1 couldn't do it, 1 quoted $750, nairns was $350, took 4 weeks but that's NZ for you. Really good comms from Olivia & Sarah, that bumps the 4 star due to wait back to 5.
Trustworthy company, important when you're giving them your prized watches for cleaning and service. Always found them professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. A step up from some others I've used in the past. Recommend.
