I just needed a couple of links taken out of my new watch strap. After being told $50 and 7-10 working days I googled and came across this place. The lovely loads took the links out on the spot for me and was lovely to chat with as well.
Went in to get my watch adjusted to fit, the lady at the counter was so lovely, knowledgeable and super quick, she did an excellent job, highly recommend, thank you so much!! I will definitely be returning if I ever need anything else done.

We needed a new leather watch band. The shop had a good selection from inexpensive to a higher quality more expensive selection. The owner was great, helpful and put the new band on for us. Great service in a truly old fashioned working watch repair shop.
Really neat couple who run this place. Went in to get a couple of batteries replaced. They told me that the battery I got elsewhere only lasted 6 months because they'd used a cheaper battery, not the proper Swiss one that my watch requires. Good to know! Friendly, quick, and know their stuff.
Really amazing service from the team at Auckland Watch Company and my Pop's watch is as good as new. Appreciate the advise regarding the strap and speed of replacing the battery and strap adjustment. Will certainly be back to use your service again, as more than helpful!!!
Great Service, Great Shop. Dropped watch in for strap repair, they ordered new strap as they didn't have one in stock. Let me know when it was fixed and set the strap size while i waited. All for a VERY fair price. No fuss here and I'll be recommending to others. Thanks
