I took my son’s watch in to see if they could replace a broken band keeper. The gentleman found a suitable part and replaced it, without cost. Expertise with a heart. Good stuff.
Went to get a watch battery replaced, seemed reasonably priced. I was assisted by a friendly woman who also noticed something floating around against the watch face and took the time and effort to clean it out in case it caused obstruction. Very happy with service and would recommend.
Positive helpful staff who seem to know their stuff
Been to them twice in the last few months one to get my battery replaced for my clock and second to get my watch fitted both time 100% customer service satisfaction, quick and efficient and just all around lovely people. Would recommend to anyone needing anything watch related to go there.
