Awesome customer service! we were served by Brenden who was super helpful in repairing a part on our bike, was also really fast, only had to wait in store no more than 10 minutes!

We have bought 2 bikes from My Ride Botany within the last month or so. They have the best product range out of all the bike shops in Auckland we visited. We have found them friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys we will be back.

Great friendly staff

I've always had fantastic service here, for road bikes or mountain bikes as well as accessories. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know a lot about bikes and terminology but they always manage to figure out what I mean and take the time to make sure they find me what I need.

Really helpful and able to relate to us finding a bike for our girl. Good selection on display and good price
