Extremely slow service. Over 20 minutes wait for coffee. Given the mall wasn't busy this was disappointing. If I'd been told it would take this long when ordering would have gone somewhere else.

Great Coffee, snacks and light meals are served here, the Staff are very helpfully and friendly. Overall pleasant experience and has a very relaxing atmosphere when you sit at the tables adjacent the service centre.

Albany Mall  has a wider range of food  than most others

Had the worst chicken and avocado sandwich from here for lunch today. Tasted old, chicken had weird flavour and avocado was hard. Won't be back here again.
