Columbus Coffee Westfield Albany

Loved the mocha! It was perfect for a cold rainy day with that velvety chocolate taste to it. Yum! My flat white was beautiful as well. I guess this is going to be me and my partner's new coffee spot

Cafe has a great view if you would like to get away from the food court inside the mall, ordered a salmon eggs benne with extra salmon and it is beautiful

Waited 40 mins for hot food to arrive, in a not very busy coffee shop, only to find it was very bland, French toast with one piece of banana as the only fruit and fried eggs on bread with barely any butter on the toast. Not a great experience from a once very good coffees shop, so will not be back. We were not the only customers to complain about the service. No compensation was offered after we raised the issue.

I am a regular South Island Columus Coffee fan. The girl who served me was super friendly and the coffee was extra hot as per request. This cafe has a lovely view, a large indoor and outdoor areas. Very happy here

Got a toasted ham & cheese, 1 very thin slice of ham & a cheese slice for $9, do I feel ripped of & shafted? Yes big time and we won't ever go back for more.

Ordered a sausage roll with my coffee. Waited too long for my sausage roll to come out. Had finished my coffee. Asked twice about where my sausage roll was, told coming shortly. Asked for my money back. They refused. I caused a scene and wanted my money back. They reckon they couldn't refund my money. Finally got my money back after alot of yelling. They should have told me it was going to take more than 10 minutes. Was not a very happy customer.

We were told our order would take 30 minutes when we ordered which was OK with us.they were not busy but 1 hour later we still had not received our food. When we called the waiter over to query the delay he told us the chef had forgotten our order and we were offered a free coffee. We declined and asked for our money back. We will not be going there again.

Shocking , was told 40 mins wait for food , wasn’t even a full cafe , then after sitting there for 1 hour 15 minutes they come and tell us they don’t have one of the ingredients , will not be back here. 1 hour and a half for a piece of toast and scrambled egg , aswell as my partner getting over cooked eggs. Unbelievable.

Disappointing experience, waited an hour for food, only to have the table that came in 45 minutes after we got there to get their food first. The shop was not busy at all, nobody got food delivered from the kitchen in this time. And banana skin left on cooked banana, frankly ew. Will never return.

Its a typical columbus cafe set up with a soothing relaxing atmoshpere eventhough its in the mall. I ordered mushroom toast and mocha. The mushroom toast could have been a bit creamier. If you are looking for a bit relaxing atmosphere once you done shopping this is the place to go.
