Motel 21 On Arrow Oamaru

Nice and clean. Very quiet but a bit out of town.

The attitude of the owner was real bad. The motel room was very nice. The stairs for the motel rooms above where part way in our room. No sound proofing, we were woken at 4am by person stomping down the stairs. Every step above was heard.

Don and Denise were wonderful hosts during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the room and amenities provided, as well as the proximity of 21 on Arrow to the centre of town and the waterfront precinct. Our bed was super comfy and the off-street parking was an added bonus. Definitely recommended!

The attitude I received from Don and Denises was very rude, Made me and my mate feel very unpleasant and uncomfortable staying there, Also there's no sound proofing so every footstep up stairs was heard from the people above, will not be going back.

Really nice accommodation away from main road. Beds are amazing. Perfect for a quiet and relaxed stay.

This is a very special place .Great for a couple wanting some time alone .Hosts are very friendly & helpful, just the right people as hosts
