I went there to look for some fabric but i didn't know what I needed to make my project, so i asked one of the ladies there and they were very helpful. I'm giving this 5 starts only for the service because Linda and Wendy were both amazing and friendly. The threads and haberdashery need to be restocked however. Would come back again just so I can have a giggle with the ladies there.

Wow, wouldn't bother coming back. Inside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to be free for service, gave up. Went next door to Harvey Furnishings, witnessed some appalling customer service there, came back to the car and was told "we've called the tow truck, we have a camera on carpark". Stunned I said we were shopping at your store for half an hour just to be told we don't care, I didn't serve you.

Been shopping at this store for years very successfully but lately really disappointed with their range of sewing thread , zips and tape. Great helpful staff but Great gaps in all of this stock.
