Monarch Motel

It's been our second time coming here at Monarch Hotel and we could say that it is one of the best places to stay while heading down to Invercargill or to nearby places! Trevor and Nicci are amazing owners and we are always looking forward to a bottle of milk whenever we come over to stay.nnWe'd just like to thank Trevor too for keeping a lookout for us when we came over. Making sure we're safe around as we are with our little one. We appreicate it a lot!nnThe rooms are newly renovated, clean and well kept for our visit. Plates, cooking utensils, toaster, spoons, forks, cups, wine glasses, rice cooker, microwave, coffee plunger and mini fridge are provided. Fast internet as well - they do have a Smart TV if you'd like to do some youtube or netflix.nnHuge parking space too within the property which makes it super convenient!

Recently stay in the One bedroom spa unit. Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need in the great little kitchen. Service was friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to Ascot hotel and restaurants. Easy drive to town.

Lovely place to stay! Very friendly proprietors. The man on the desk went out of his way to help me. Nice warm rooms, very clean.

What a lovely place to stay, one of the better motals in Invercargill. Clean tidy great staff.
