Mocha n More

Loved the food and coffee. It was slightly busy when we turned up which is always a good sign - even for a Monday. The hash stack was delicious. And very filling. Totally recommend it. Great vibes, good staff. It was a very enjoyable visit

Went to mocha and more today. Asked for a matcha but the lady there said they didn’t have any. I looked at the menu again to decide and the lady on the till looked so impatient and was so rude. Ordered a banana smoothie instead made me feel sick and tasted like ice. Ordered the hash stack and was not impressed. The bacon was burnt and it came with hollandaise sauce which I was not expecting. For $35, it’s not worth it, would much rather take my money elsewhere, I won’t be going back again

I was expecting a quiet place, but actually there were lots of customers.nYou can grab both the food and drinks menu when you pass the entrance.nDownstairs is a pretty cafe area, and upstairs is a quiet space for meetings, reading, and studying.nThe food was beautiful, and the taste was great. We had Hallumi tower and FrittersnPersonally, I loved the fritters since I am a sweet tooth, but the hallumi cheese was a bit cold. Other than that we were very satisfied.nnThe barrister was artistic, so the coffee was pretty even.nHeaps so parking space definitely, so I am happy to come back again and try other menus =

It's our last day in Papamoa Beach so I decided to take my older sister to breakfast at Mocha n More near her retirement village. What an excellent choice. Kean ordered Eggs Benedict with mushrooms while I went for a good Kiwi comfort food of Corn Fritters and poached eggs and creamy mushrooms.nThey were the best corned fritters even better than my childhood memories. I can highly recommend this place hidden away in an industrial estate as its definately worth the visit.

Never order the tandoori pizza. Tasted of only tomato paste and a hint of tandoori sauce. Smallest amount of shredded chicken, cheese and toppings. Also ordered the loaded wedges which had a handful of Wednesday, one piece of bacon and a spoon full amount of sour cream. Highly disappointed for $44 expected more. Will never be ordering again.
