Stopped here on our way back from Taupō, and unfortunately it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a petrol station.nnThe cashier, a young male seemed completely uninterested in doing his job. We along with several other customers were left waiting while he wandered out the back for around five minutes without acknowledging anyone. There was a line of cars waiting for their pumps to be activated yet he made no effort to attend to them. This wasn’t just our experience as it happened to every customer while we were there.nnWhen one customer finally came inside to ask what was taking so long, the cashier responded with attitude instead of apologising or explaining politely. His behaviour was rude, dismissive and showed a complete lack of customer service skills.nnTo make matters worse it took him around 15 minutes to make just two cups of coffee. If offering coffee means customers have to wait excessively for fuel then perhaps the business needs to reconsider how it’s staffed. A petrol station’s primary purpose is to serve customers refuelling their vehicles. If one staff member can’t manage both the coffee machine and the fuel pumps, either provide adequate staffing or simplify the services offered.nnCustomer service shouldn’t feel like you’re begging someone to do the job they’re employed to do. I hope management addresses this as it reflects poorly on the business.

I Used the mobile toilet in Tokoroa,honestly, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Even the flies looked disappointed. Please sort it out!
Cheap gas on the correct left , side of the road.nIdeal time to gas up if you're traveling from Auckland heading South.nFriendly Staff.nAmple Pumps.nNo farting around.
Way cheaper gas then down taranaki lol
