The BP Tokoroa store needs a good clean to start with. The service was disappointing too. There were four staff behind the counter chatting while two checkouts were closed. Everyone had to queue at the food counter instead. I waited about five minutes while one staff member was making coffees and serving customers as best they could. Two people in front of me gave up and walked out, I did the same. never going back
This is the most disgusting BP I have ever been in. The toilet basins and floor haven’t been cleaned in a very long time to have so much grime and filth. I used the female toilets and my husband used the mens. He said the mens toilets were also disgusting. I mentioned it to the staff… they said thank you… When I got to the car my husband had ordered coffee I wouldn’t have dared and they tasted surprisingly good but due to the hygiene standards I won’t be going back for a second. This is my first ever negative review… was that bad I had to take the time to write it sorry.
The place is well presented, staff were not rude like others have said but coffee was terrible! Weak, no crema or fluffy milk in my flat white. Would have preferred instant. Ended up down the drain, and that’s a first.
Thecwoman at BP Tokoroa making coffee right now just sniffed and wiped her nose along the fingers of her blue glove then started making coffee for people. That is disgusting. Your team need a review of their hygiene practices. She had a cap on and came from out the back, presumably preparing or heating other food. Around 3.35pm 27th Dec.
The Toilets were poorly cleaned basin had grey n green stains. Down the wall n bottom half had calcified water. In Toilet lid was green n grey gunk, floor was dirty too don't think it gets mopped at all. They letting the Standard of BP down. Very disappointed
