A pretty good self service petrol station. It's conveniently located right next to the main highway and sells reasonably cheap petrol. The only downside of this location is that it's not covered so when it's raining you will get wet while refueling.
Good price for fuel on this day, should be like this everyday really, discount days should be each day, please
Excellent service to get petrol when it is cheap
Firstly I am a regular at your TOKOROA self service Gull station.nYour station is big, wide and although well used, I haven't had to queue yet. Thumbs up.nWhen your station opened you drove the pumps prices down in Tokoroa significantly. The other Stations were quick to drop but then only within a few cents of Gulls price because of supermarket discount vouchers. Prices were within parity of the cheapest stations in the north island as far as I knew. I often wondered how a Service station/s in a different area could be so much cheaper than a service station elsewhere.nUnfortunately prices have returned to what they were before opening? 10 cents more than most other towns in our area.nA couple of weekends ago possibly Black Friday, your station dropped the pump price by 10 cents a litre , the other stations followed suit soon after. They never drop prices unless Gull does first.nI know you are a business that has to make a profit, but my logic is....if you set the bar, set your price at a comparable price to the prices in say-Tirau ,Hilcrest in Hamilton or Rotorua, around $ 1.73.9-$1.79.9 you again would set the standard in Tokoroa. Like me I'm sure the other customers would see what is going on with the other service stations not matching you but allowing the supermaket subsidy to be equivilant.nI regularly have to do a round trip from Tokoroa to Rotorua to Hamilton to collect my kids. It would be nice to once again fill up in Gull Tokoroa rather than Rotorua or Hamilton because your pump prices were similar. I always come to GULL basically in a thank you to what you done for prices in the area for a few months...set the bar again please. A few extra dollars in my pocket each week helps a bit. We aint rich in Tokoroa , but we are loyal..and I for one don't and wouldn't forget who lead the way for lower pump prices for us.nnRegardsnK.Chesterman
The place to go for gas in Tokoroa. Always cheaper than the rest. It is a self serve, so good for contactless service. You will need an umbrella or raincoat however if it's raining.
