Good place for a quick stop and petrol but customer service needs a little attention. While I understand that different cultures and customs are present there the customer is what pays the billsnPay more attention to how you perform with customers and smile a bit it goes along way
No paywave at pump even though it has the logo
DO NOT BUY COFFEE FROM HERE!nnI strongly discourage purchasing coffee from Mobil Petrol Station based on my disappointing experience. The coffee lacked both froth and taste, suggesting poor quality. Furthermore, the staff appeared to have limited knowledge about coffee types. Additionally, the restroom lacked hand wash liquid and didn't have enough stock for refills, indicating a disregard for hygiene and maintenance. Given these multiple shortcomings, I highly recommend seeking coffee elsewhere for a more enjoyable and higher-quality experience.
I will discourage anyone that chooses to use Mobile Plaza Gas Station Whangarei. The guy in charge on the day charged me $45 for a Swap & Go Gas Bottle and gives me a rusty bottle in replacment for my bottle. He took ages just to scrate around amoungst his bottles in this Deliberate attempt i feel. I will remember to share the worst experience and bypass in a flash
Filled up gas tank from empty, after waiting in line, asked to please use customer toilet as an older person, these things can suddenly happen. Was denied use of a toilet. I hope the staff are happy that I was humiliated by having an accident.
