The lady manager is very aggressive and disrespectful, I believe she is delusionalnOn 19th June 4:20pm I went to counter to pay for coffee and fuel she was not happy about me requesting to ensure my coffee is strong on the message. She said I am begging for free handouts in front of all other customers was very embarrassing situation for menI have a coffee every morning at BP same location. I never experienced this before

The long haired guy thats on early AM shifts needs A LOT of customer service training. Slow, doesn't seem to give a damn and hopeless
