The lady manager is very aggressive and disrespectful, I believe she is delusionalnOn 19th June 4:20pm I went to counter to pay for coffee and fuel she was not happy about me requesting to ensure my coffee is strong on the message. She said I am begging for free handouts in front of all other customers was very embarrassing situation for menI have a coffee every morning at BP same location. I never experienced this before

The team this morning Sun 11/08/2024 were amazing, totally different to the staff on yesterday morning.nnThe store was well stocked and the hot cabinet was loaded with delicious food unlike yesterday.nnCoffee was perfect and the customer service was the best I've had from that store in years.
Very bad mocha, it was cold and not proper as like normal. Try to avoid, rude behaviour try to get from the bp on motorway way
